Plot B: Michael Haberoth, 1860 -1938 (Died 9/30/1938)
Haberoth – Michael. County Pioneer Taken Suddenly. Michael Haberoth, aged 77 years, succumbed Friday evening from injuries sustained Friday morning when he fell off a load of straw. He died in his home on South Robert Road. Mr. Haberoth was born in Germany and came to this country 50 years ago. Shortly after he married he moved onto a farm in Inver Grove Township, where he resided ever since. His wife preceded him to the grave in 1924. Five children were born to them of which three died in infancy. Funeral took place Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Evangelical Church, Brown and Bancroft Streets. Interment took place in Salem Road Cemetery. He is survived by one son Edward and one daughter, Mrs. Nicholas Keller of Saint Paul, one sister and one brother in Germany. Haberoth – Rosine “Rose” (Leidig). Wednesday, August 6, 1924, at the family residence, on South Robert Street Road, Rose, beloved wife of Michael and mother of Lena and Edward Haberoth. Funeral Saturday, August 9th at 1:30 p.m. from the above residence. Services at the Evangelical Church, corner Winifred and Bancroft Streets, at 2 o’clock. Interment at Salem Cemetery. Rose Haberoth, nee Leidig, was born in Wuertemberg, Germany, September 18, 1857, and departed this life on the 6th of August 1924. Upon her arrival to America she was married to Michael Haberoth in New York City, May 1st, 1890. Five children were born to this union, of which only two are living: Lena and Edward. Michael Haberoth was stillborn June 6th 1890 in West Saint Paul to parents Michael and Rosine (Leidig) Haberoth. The infant was interred in Salem EV Kirchhof. [WSP]
Michael Haberoth was stillborn April 3rd 1893 of parents Michael and Rosine (Leidig) Haberoth. He was interred in lot 6E, grave 5, row 2 (subsequently lot 66) of Salem EV Kirchhof.
Baby Girl Haberoth was born February 28th 1896 in Inver Grove Township of parents Michael and Rosina (Leidig) Haberoth. The infant died of cramps 21 days later on March 20th 1896 and was interred in lot 6E, grave 10, row 2 (later moved to lot 66) of Salem EV Kirchhof. [IGT]

Age 93, formerly of Inver Grove Heights. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on May 13, 2019. Preceded in death son, John; 2 sisters; one brother. Survived by loving wife of 71 years, Betty; daughters, Sue (Larry) Haugesag & Sherry (Steve) Rechtzigel; son, Steve (Janet); 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Ray lived every one of his 93 years to the fullest. Visitation 5-8 PM Thursday, May 16th, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Steven (Janet); sisters Susan (Larry) Haugesag & Sherry (Steve) Rechtzigel; 4 grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
