Plot A: Lynn Ellen Schoch, 1944 – 2019 (3/7/1944 – 2/3/2019)
Our dearly beloved and never forgotten Lynn Ellen Schoch (March 17, 1944 — February 3, 2019) passed away at age 74 in her St. Paul home after a brief illness. She is survived by a daughter Ann Schoch; a granddaughter; her elder brothers: John (Maria) and Paul (Priscilla); nieces and nephew: Patricia (Denis), Merritt (John), Gloria (Sean), and Juan. Raised in Newport, MN, she was a 1962 graduate of Park-Hi (valedictorian) and the University of Denver (honors). An accomplished seamstress and quilter, Lynn was also a curator of family history. A stone marker will be placed at the Old Salem Church cemetery in Inver Grove Heights. A remembrance service is planned for the spring. [Published in Pioneer Press on Feb. 17, 2019]

Sister of Mrs. Dorothea Seder, Naperville, IL, Mrs. Ellen Burger, Comfrey, MN & Mrs. Juanita Berryman of Saint Paul. Also 6 grandchildren. Memorial services at Newport Methodist Church, Glenn Road & 11th Ave., Saturday at 4 p.m. Visitation, Wulff Family Mortuary, 1485 White Bear Ave., Friday 5-9 p.m.; also Saturday 3-4 p.m. at church. Schoch – Paul George, 141 2nd Ave. Newport, MN, on Monday evening. Survived by wife, Mae; sons John and Paul Jr., and daughter Lynn; 2 sisters, Mrs. M.J. Kochendorfer and Mrs. Walter Schneider, and one brother, Philip, all of Saint Paul. Private funeral services will be held in chapel First Evangelical United Brethren Church, Saint Paul, on Thursday. Committal service Salem Evangelical Church Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial gifts to a charity of your choice are preferred. Arrangements Thorsell Mortuary.
